Why not just draw a black rectangle?
A rectangle placed on top leaves the text in the file: it can be copied or the rectangle removed. pdffusion's redaction truly deletes the text and images under the area.
Does capitalization matter?
No: "Smith" also removes "SMITH" and "smith".
Is pdffusion really free?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no watermark and nothing locked behind a subscription. No credit card is ever requested.
Do I need an account?

Are my documents kept?
